You may request a return if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Please keep your invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for opened or perishable items unless they are faulty.

Including a photo of the item helps speed up the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was sent in error.
